When you grow, we grow.</p><p></p><p><b> Heres just some of what you can look forward to:</b></p><ul><li><b>Weekly Pay: </b>Get paid every weekso that you can manage your money on your terms.</li><li><b> Free BJs Memberships: </b>Enjoy a complimentary The Club Card Membership, plus a free Supplemental Membership for someone in your household.*</li><li><b>Generous Paid Time Off: </b>Take the time you need with vacation, personal, sick days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty leave.*</li><li><b>Flexible and Affordable Health Benefits: </b>Choose from three medical plans, and access optional dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), and flexible spending account options to fit your lifestyle.*</li><li><b>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: </b>Build your financial future with a company match (available to team members 18 and older).*</li><li><b>Employee Stock Purchase Plan:</b> Accumulate funds through after-tax payroll deductions that can be used to purchase shares of BJs common stock at a 15% discount.*</li></ul><p></p><p>*Eligibility requirements vary by position.</p><p><span class="emphasis-2"><b> Schedule: 4 day work week with one weekend day. </b></span></p><p></p><p>Role Summary Oversee all of receiving, and supervise the receipt of all in-bound/outbound<br />products with accuracy and speed.</p><p><br /> Supervisory Responsibilities:<br />Supervise all receiving team members and provides guidance to any others<br />working within area of responsibility<br />Key Responsibilities Supervise, train and mentor team members<br /> Responsible for ensuring proper product temperatures are reviewed,<br /> validated, maintained and documented with date, code and count in WMS<br />(warehouse management system) from arrival at dock until put away,<br /> ensuring quality of products is never compromised<br /> Ensure trucks are unloaded properly and safely<br /> Ensure all pallets are tagged and recorded appropriately<br /> Must ensure the accurate location of product and protection of the same is<br />adhered to by all employees<br /> Help control the OSHA Incident Rate (OIR) and Lost Time Incident Rate<br />(LTI) by monitoring sanitation, safe working conditions, ensuring safety<br />policies are followed, holding pre-shift meetings and proper usage of<br />material handling equipment<br /> Monitor/audit daily for GMP, COOL procedures (Country of Origin<br />Labeling), HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and other food<br />safety guidelines<br /> Complete and file error and exception walk through template, pre-shift<br />assignment and update template and equipment condition checklists<br /> Ensure Emergency Contact list for team members and building conditions<br />are up to date Understand the Emergency Procedures, ensure they are<br />accessible and participate in update reviews<br /> Check computerized time/attendance on a daily basis to verify team<br />members have the proper time clock punches in the system<br /> Ensure all team member forms for Time Adjustment, PTO requests, etc.<br /> are coordinated for staffing purposes and turned into HR timely for<br />processing in the correct pay period<br /> Account for any inventory losses/product shrink<br /> Review and take action based on daily and weekly APT and Utilization<br />reports to ensure acceptable levels of performance are maintained<br /> Ensures all paperwork (logs, driver bills, operational documents) are</p>
